Quality Management Process

Moisture Content Check
The moisture content of outside and inside the cherries are checked periodically to ensure inner-outer consistency.
Sugar Content Check
We harvest only the ripe coffee cherries by checking the sugar content in the cherries and then selectively picking them.
Digitally monitoring roasting
Our coffee is hand roasted in small batches and monitored digitally.
